FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Testing

Why? Why does my business have to have a drug and alcohol program? How do I find the FMCSA drug and alcohol testing regulations. Can I just sign up for a service just before my inspection. No one will ever know.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has the responsibility for making sure drug and alcohol regulations are followed by those businesses subject to their regulations. Those include trucking, airlines, railroads and bus companies. Lets look at some of FMCSA’s handling of those who decided to not follow the regulations.
