CARBs (California Air Resources Board) march to the death of trucking continues. On April 23, 2015 (click here for the press release) CARB announced its plan to increase enforcement in conjuction with the Environmental Proctection Agency (USEPA).
In 2013 CARB assessed $16 million dollars in penalties. Now that they have partnered with the EPA, fines will no doubt increase.
